After reservation is confirmed and payment is made is when your reservation is confirmed and finalized.  Payment is due at time of confirmed reservation. 

Refunds will only be given if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before start time of reservation. 

There is a liability waiver that must be signed at time of rental.
